In Harm's Way Tactics: Character Backgrounds

As part of In Harm's Way Tactics, each class is represented by a named character. I'm including descriptions/backgrounds for each character to give the game more flavor. Here are two of them: Lord Newcastle (Officer) and Vanya Templa (Psi Mage).
