Planetary Defense

I've been taking more notes for the expansion of Fighter Wing. With the theme of planetary defense, I'd like to introduce three new vessels: a "coastal" defense ship (roughly destroyer sized), a monitor (slow but heavily armed), and stationary turrets (no movement, but nicely armed and armored).
